Chiefs announce starting XI for Maritzburg tie; Khune & Ngcobo start!

Head coach Gavin Hunt has been forced to ring changes to his first ever Kaizer Chiefs starting lineup due to suspensions and injuries for the MTN8 Quarterfinal clash against Maritzburg United at FNB Stadium.

The Glamour Boys have the club’s top goalscorer from last season Samir Nurkovic, as well as defender Eric Mathoho out injured, while midfield duo Willard Katsande and Lebogang Manyama are out serving one-match suspensions.

Veteran goalkeeper and captain Itumeleng Khune continues where he left off last season, with Hunt also giving the young Nkosingiphile Ngcobo a start.
