Amakhosi were found guilty of signing Madagascan midfielder Andriamirado Andrianarimanana who already had a contract with Fosa Juniors in his native country, and were subsequently banned from signing players in the next upcoming two transfer windows as per FIFA’s ruling.

The Soweto giants appealed the decision, with their case landing at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and the club has since confirmed that their case was heard in Switzerland on Wednesday.
