Sundowns star attacker to miss out on mouthwatering opening matches!

Premier Soccer League giants Mamelodi Sundowns has confirmed that they will be without the services of their star attacker ahead of the opening games.

The Brazilians open the resumption of football with two mouthwatering clashes and have revealed that Gaston Sirino will not be available for selection on those two games as he is still serving his suspension after the PSL Disciplinary Committee found him guilty and was handed a two-match suspension.

Masandawana will first partake in the Nedbank Cup semi-final against Bidvest Wits at Orlando Stadium then three days later they will begin their title defence against Orlando Pirates at Dobsonville Stadium.

Sirino has been part of coach Pitso Mosimane’s regulars throughout the entire season having made 32 appearances across all competitions while bagging eleven goals with seven assists.
