The current COVID-19 has brought a halt to all football-related matters, and this has also caused a knock around several club’s financial situations.

It is unlikely that the Tshwane giants might be facing financial challenges like other PSL clubs, however it is expected that Motsepe might touch on coach Pitso Mosimane’s future with the club, which has been a topic of widespread speculation in recent weeks.

The 55-year-old coach is set to see his current contract come to an end next month, with the club known to have been in negotiations for an extension for several months, however no official update has been issued.

Mosimane has given some updates on the negotiations suggesting that the two parties were not quite seeing eye-to-eye on certain matters, though it was assured that this was not money-related.

The press conference has been scheduled for 13h00 on Thursday afternoon.
