SuperSport confirm Furman departure

After four successful seasons with Absa Premiership outfit SuperSport United, the end has come for inspirational midfielder Dean Furman to pack his bags and head back to the UK.

Furman, 31, joined Matsatsantsa from Doncaster Rovers in 2015, going on to feature over a 100 times for the Tshwane giants, scoring three times.

The Bafana Bafana international is out of contract next month, and has rather opted to return to the United Kingdom to be with his family.

SuperSport took to their official Twitter page to confirm Furman’s departure.

This season, the former Chelsea graduate has featured 22 times, scoring once. He also helped Kaitano Tembo’s charges to MTN8 honours earlier this season.
