Former Mamelodi Sundowns attacking midfielder Keagan Dolly has broken his silence following reports that he would be returning to South Africa to join Kaizer Chiefs.

Dolly, 27, currently plies his trade for French Ligue 1 outfit Montpellier, and recently spoke of how he grew up being an avid Chiefs fan, a talk that developed into rumours that he could be headed back to Mzansi.
Since joining the French outfit from the Brazilians in 2017, the Bafana Bafana international has only made 43 appearances for the club, with injuries hampering his progress in Europe.
Dolly has now strongly denied the rumours linking him with a move to the Absa Premiership log leaders.
“I don’t really read much into it [speculation], because there’s always rumours in football that this player is going to this team, or that player is going to that team,” Dolly told the South African Football Journalists Association (SAFJA.
“But it’s obviously pleasing to see that people back home are missing me, and knowing that they haven’t forgotten about me.
“But it’s speculation and myself, my family and my agent know what the plan is, and what my vision is for myself and my career going forward.
“When people speculate of me going to Chiefs or back to Sundowns, I don’t really take it too deeply or read that much into it, because I know what I want and I know what my plan is, ” Dolly added.
