Bidvest Wits youngster Bradley Cross is said to have attracted English Premier League giants following his impressive performance during his loan with European outfit Schalke.
The 19-year-old South African international, who is currently playing for German outfit, has had an outstanding display which has not gone unnoticed, with his teammate Malick Thiaw revealing that Cross has caught the eyes of powerhouses such as Arsenal and Liverpool.
Based on English publication Daily Mail, the defender will be watched by EPL scouts once the Coronavirus pandemic eventually dies down.
“Though Thiaw is the obvious main attraction, watching scouts have also noted the displays of his U19 center-back partner Cross and have recommended he be watched further when the season resumes,” said the Daily Mail.
“Cross is due to return to Bidvest at the end of the season and has one year left on contract. He is a South Africa U20 international but has a UK passport so can qualify as homegrown for clubs in England.”
The South African left-back is set to return to the Clever Boys with one year left on his contract.
