BREAKING: SAFA calls off all forms of domestic football

The South African Football Association (SAFA), as the football controlling body in Mzansi have decided to call off all football related activities amid the coronavirus pandemic.

On Tuesday evening, Minister of Sports, Arts and Recreation Nathi Mthethwa held a meeting with the PSL as well as SAFA Head Danny Jordaan, with the decision from the sports ministry being that football should continue but behind close doors.

Jordaan slammed the decision, with their (SAFA) stance to suspend football events until further notice.
