Amakhosi were also sanctioned not to sign any new players in the next two transfer windows, however the club confirmed they are appealing the sentence.

‘Dax’ and Chiefs are ‘jointly and severally’ liable to pay close to R640 000 in compensation to the Malagasy club, with the Madagascar international putting his foot down that he will not pay the amount.

“No, it’s just a problem for this union FIFA, and I’m not playing for four months,” Dax told KickOff.com.

“I’m staying with Leopards. I’m staying with Leopards and training every day. I’m not paying, hhayi! I’m not paying. That’s problem for transfer for Chiefs and the club in Madagascar. Ja, that’s problem for transfer money. I’m not paying, papa.”

When asked if he had a professional contract with the Malagasy club, the 28-year-old midfielder insisted he had no contract with Fosa.

“For Fosa? I have no contract. I don’t know [where they got that contract]. This one is crazy, papa. Madagascar is crazy. It don’t like me, it’s killing me,” he says.

“Ja, that’s the problem. I have no contract in Madagascar and they are killing me. There was no problem [all this time]… after one year, problem again, why? Ja, it’s problem again. I don’t know, I don’t know he’s paying FIFA, I don’t know.

“He’s paying money for FIFA the club in Madagascar Fosa Juniors, and this changed the papers… I don’t know.

“Check in before two years I’m staying in South Africa, FIFA gives me a clearance, and SAFA gives me a card PSL, I play, and no problem. After two years again… problem. Why? You understand? Papa, I don’t know. I’m not playing four months. I’m not paying money.”

When asked about his move to Lidoda Duvha as many people believed that he was there on a loan, the 28-year-old attacking midfielder revealed that he was not there on a loan.

“No, I’m a Leopards player, I’m not loaned, it’s transfer.”
