Responding to accusations for parading a lifestyle that and glamorises alcohol, Zodwa told listeners on Metro FM recently, saying: “We need to talk openly. That hurts me the most. It makes me so sad. I am an adult and I can do what I want, but talk to your kids.
“Don’t leave them in the dark until they are 20 and they are at clubs and with any man who will buy them champagne because you didn’t buy them champagne.”
The 34-year-old recently took to Instagram to lead by example about being open with your kids, sharing a video where she speaks to her son about dating her boyfriend Vusi Buthelezi.
Yesterday Zodwa shared another reason to celebrate: Being among the top five trending searches of the decade, according to Google. She and Duchess Meghan Markle are the only two media personalities to appear in the top five.
