SHOCKING: Senzo Meyiwa’s docket has gone missing

Authorities are unsure of where the murder docket of the late football star Senzo Meyiwa is.

This came into light when Police Minister Bheki Cele said the docket was with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) while the NPA says they have sent it to the office of the National Police Commissioner.

It has been five years since the murder of the football star but the police seem to be have reached a dead-end with the case.

Senzo’s family says they have lost faith in the South African justice system which resulted in them seeking help from the lobby group AfriForum.

Cele has since commented on this move by saying that the lobby group is only here to embarrass the justice system and not to solve the case.

Despite the lack of progress, Cele says he is happy with what police have done so far.

“I spoke to the family twice… because my brief was at the edge of people being identified and people being arrested, I will stop there.

“I believe the document is supposed to be with the prosecution, but I’ll have to confirm that but I know and I’m satisfied that police have done a good job.”
