Ukukhuluphala ngokweqile kubeka impilo yakho engcupheni

Ongoti bezempilo banxusa izakhamizi zakuleli ukwehlisa izinga lokukhuluphala ngokweqile, njengoba kuyisonto lokwexwayisa abantu ngale nkinga kuleli, i-National Obesity Week.

INingizimu Afrika ingenye yamazwe ahamba phambili enkingeni yokukhuluphala ngokweqile, kanti le nkinga ibhekene kakhulu nabesifazane ukwedlula abesilisa.

Ukukhuluphala ngokweqile yisifo esidalwa ngamafutha amaningi emzimbeni, abangelwa kakhulu ukudla ngokweqile. La mafutha ahlala ezindaweni ezinjengasemathangeni, ezingalweni nasezinqeni, kanti lokhu kungayibeka impilo yakho engcupheni.
