The 29-year-old shot-stopper joined the Buccaneers during the pre-season following the departure of Jackson Mabokgwane who joined Bloemfontein Celtic, and Brilliant Khuzwayo who retired shortly after Delle arrived.

The French goalkeeper is yet to appear for the Sea Robbers following a period of an injury and adaptation, however he has spoken to media for the first time since his arrival.

“It was part of the adaptation – we try to build up [from the back] and goalkeepers are also involved a lot in the building-up process to try and suit the game plan,’ explained Delle as quoted by SportsClub.

“When the time comes for me to be part of the team, of course I will try to make my contribution but the most important thing for us is to win.

“My part is important because it’s also my job to ensure the team doesn’t concede goals, and with clean sheets, I think, for sure we’ll get results.”
