Former Bafana Bafana defender Kgosi Ntlhe has penned a one-year contract with English League Two outfit Scunthorpe United after spending the last two seasons with Rochdale.

Ntlhe, 25, featured 19 times for Rochdale, scoring two league goals and will be looking to help his new side gain promotion to League One next season.
The club confirmed the news on their official Twitter account, saying: “Scunthorpe United is delighted to confirm the signing of defender Kgosi Ntlhe on a one-year contract following his departure from League One side Rochdale.”
Ntlhe also expressed his delight after penning a deal with the ‘Iron’ saying:
“I had options elsewhere but the manager [Paul Hurst] showed good intent. I’ve played against his teams previously and they’ve always been good sides.
“The manager played a big part in me signing, “he said.
Ntlhe has been capped once at senior international level, and is currently with his new teammates in La Manga, Spain as they prepare for the upcoming campaign.
