Former PIC CEO Dan Matjila is to testify at the Public Investment Corporation of Inquiry.
The inquiry has confirmed Matjila will appear from 8 to 11 July.
Matjila was accused of misuse of funds and careless investments decision during his tenure.
He has denied all allegations. He resigned in November 2018.
The PIC is the biggest investor in South Africa’s economy, holding a large volume of bonds issued by government and state-owned firms and equity stakes in some blue-chip companies.
